Subscription terms
Hobbing Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. These terms say what you get, what it costs, and how to cancel, in plain words.
Who can have an account
Hobbing is for makers aged 13 and up. Signing up asks for the year you were born, and we do not open accounts for anyone younger. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete what it holds.
What Premium is
A Premium subscription unlocks every step of every roadmap, unlimited roadmaps, community posting, and personalized supply recommendations. The free tier stays free: your first roadmap's opening steps never go behind the paywall.
Billing and renewal
Plans, prices, and any free trial are shown before you subscribe, and again on the checkout page before you enter payment details. If a plan includes a free trial, the exact date of your first charge is shown before you start it, and you are not charged if you cancel before that date.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your profile: open the You tab, then Membership, then Cancel subscription. One confirmation, done. You can also manage your plan at app.hobbing.ai from any browser.
Cancelling stops the renewal, not your access: you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for (or until the end of your trial), and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a charge, write to support@hobbing.ai and we will sort it out. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights the law of your state or country gives you.
Changes
If prices or these terms change, the change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively, and we will tell you before a renewal that costs more than the last one.
