Save what you love, in one place

Move a saved pin into a project

When a saved idea is the one, turn it into a project in one tap. Nothing has to be copied out by hand:

• On a post on Home, tap "Make a roadmap".
• From the Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube app, tap Share on the saved post and pick Hobbing.
• In a browser, paste the post's link into "Make one from a link" on the Roadmaps tab.

Working through a whole board

A board or a collection is turned into projects one post at a time: Hobbing does not import a whole board in one go, and that is on purpose. Pick the one you would make this week, share it in, and come back for the next when it is done. Not sure which? Ask Daisy "What can I make with what I have?" and she suggests roadmaps, or posts on the board that could become one, that leave the least to buy.

Keep your projects arranged

Saved ideas turn into a short list of projects in progress, each in its own place:

• The Roadmaps tab is your shelf: roadmaps grouped by craft, and the ones you made from links in the last week on a "Just made" shelf at the top.
• Each roadmap keeps your place, so the path opens on the step you are on, and the app reopens where you left off.
• Each roadmap has one supply list for the whole project, with what you have and what you still need, so you can gather everything before you start.
• Finished pieces go into your journal under "Your work", so your own makes become what you scroll.
