Who can see what I make?
By default, nobody but you. Your roadmaps, your progress, your photos and your chats with Daisy are private. A photo of your work reaches the community wall only if you choose to share it there (a Premium feature), and you can take it off again at any time while keeping it privately.
Is Hobbing for children?
No. Hobbing is for makers aged 13 and up, and we do not open accounts for anyone younger. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete what it holds.
How do I delete a photo, a roadmap or a collection?
In the app, straight away and with no need to ask us: delete any photo of your work, take a shared photo off the community board, delete a roadmap along with its progress, or delete a collection of saved inspiration.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and tap "Delete account", or go to https://www.hobbing.ai/delete-account from any browser. You do not need the app or to be signed in. Send the form with your account's email address; a person confirms the address is yours, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days, usually within a few days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel Premium first. Payment records are the one thing we have to keep, for tax and accounting.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Write to support@hobbing.ai from your account's email address to see, correct or get a portable copy of the data we hold about you. We act within 30 days. Everything we collect, and who processes it for us, is in the privacy policy at https://www.hobbing.ai/privacy.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small set of service providers, each only for its job (hosting, sign-in, billing, the AI models behind roadmaps and Daisy), all listed in the privacy policy.
Are the pictures and steps made by AI?
Partly, and we say so. A roadmap made from a link is written by AI from the creator's post, and its step pictures are drawn by AI to show what each step should look like. Daisy is an AI. Our catalog roadmaps are reviewed by our team before they are published. The posts on Home are real posts by real creators, credited to them; posts labelled as AI-generated are kept off it.
Still need help?
In the app, open Profile and tap Help & support to open a case, and someone on the Hobbing team writes back in the same thread. Or email support@hobbing.ai.
Stuck on a step? Daisy, the tutor in the app, knows which step you are on. Open it in the app and tap "Want a hand?".
